After our wedding this weekend, the fiance Andy and I will be jetting off to St. John, the smallest of the U.S. Virgin Islands, for a full tropical week at my generous Aunt and Uncle’s condo. I’ve visited St. John many times with my family, but am excited to share the experience with Andy. Over half of the island is made up of National Park, making the island an incredibly tranquil, virtually untouched escape.

Rather than concentrating on finishing up wedding day details, as I should be doing right now, I keep leaning toward daydreams of our tropical trip. My current obsession, making sure I’m travel ready, with the hope of avoiding the inevitable scramble for a perfectly prepped carry-on. Let the count down begin…2 days until the big day!
